What should I do if I forget my password?

Click get help, type in your username (email address) and an email will be sent to you with a link to change your password.

How do I download the documents?

Go to View Open Projects, choose the project you wish to bid and click View, this will bring you to the Project Information Sheet, click I Intend to Bid, Send email, and you will be able to download all documents for that project once the email is sent.

What if I said I Intend to Bid and realize I am not going to be able to send my bid?

It's as easy as sending an email to the Estimator or Assistant working on the project with a short explanation as to why IMC will not be receiving a bid from your company

I would like to know the status of my bid and/or the Project.

First check the project on IMCestimator, if you still wish for more information, send an email to the Estimator or Assistant working on the Project requesting the status.

I am having trouble downloading the documents

First check to make sure that you have the correct software, and that you are able to view and download tiff files. If the download does not start, please check your computer software. For example, delete all your cookies, check to see if your firewall software and virus software allow downloads.
